Police have released an image of a man who could help with their enquiries
A charity collection tin has been stolen from a pub.
Police are investigating the theft from the Hammers in Hand in Ganders Ash, Watford, which occurred between 8.30pm and 9pm on August 22.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to for help with enquiries.
