Roads including Watford Road, Shenley Hill, and Theobald Street are expected to be badly affected as well as Harper Lane.
This morning, queues stretched from Park Street to Radlett.
With two sets of roadworks now at either end of the street, there is a high chance traffic could become gridlocked between the works especially during the rush hour.
Leave plenty of time if you are heading through Radlett this evening.
