A man and a teenage boy have been arrested and charged in connection to thefts from vehicles.
Daniel Pursglove, aged 30, of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of vehicle interference and one count of theft from a vehicle relating to incidents in the Hemel Hempstead area between November 24 and November 26.
A 17-year-old boy of no fixed address has been charged with six counts of theft from a vehicle, four counts of vehicle interference and one count of theft from a shop relating to incidents in the Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley and Tring area between November 5 and November 26.
The teenage boy has been released on bail and is due to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on January 4, 2019.
Pursglove was released on conditional bail after being charged and is next due to appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on January 21, 2019.
