Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a rape.

At 1am, in the early hours of Saturday, a woman aged in her 20’s was raped in Two Waters Road on the edge of Hemel Hempstead, close to Apsley.

A police cordon was in place in the area over the weekend.

Detectives from the Sexual Offences Investigation Team are investigating and specialist support is being provided to the victim.

Anyone who may have information about the incident or who was in the area on Saturday around midnight to 1am is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/29033/19.
