Grazing land fetched more than £190,000 when it went under the hammer.

The site in Bucks Holl near Kings Langley has been sold off for £194,000 on Monday this week and was amongst 138 other lots held for bidding by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

The land measures 1.45 hectares and is situated on the sought-after hamlet of Bucks Hill which consists of various properties along Bucks Hill Road.

Senior auction valuer Martin Hardy said: “It was a truly excellent auction with very competitive bidding for this freehold parcel of grazing land.

“We are not privy to the buyer’s intentions although as far as we are aware the land is purely for grazing purposes.”

The site is almost in the centre of the hamlet and is enclosed by managed hedgerow, has previously been used to graze horses, it includes access from Bucks Hill road and is near Chipperfield village.
