Good morning,
There are some major issues to contend with on the roads this morning so you may want to leave extra time for your journey.
Drivers should be aware of a closure on the A406 in Neasden, near the end of the M1. Firefighters have been tackling a warehouse fire overnight and the North Circular had to be closed.
Westbound is open but it remains closed eastbound.
As a result there are delays in both directions on the A406 towards the closures at Staples Corner and Neasden. It is also busy at the end of the M1 between j2 and j1. Local routes also affected. The fire is now under control.
The warehouse fire in #Neasden is under control. Firefighters continue to deal with deep seated pockets of fire inside the building & road closures remain in place. Please avoid the area if possible https://t.co/l2r0C4GxK9 pic.twitter.com/RHkKsjU2Cb

An air ambulance is attending the scene. Delays already backk to j21 for the M1. Three lanes were closed but now a full closure is in place.
As a result, slow on the entry slip road at j19 for Watford. Expect delays at j20 near Kings Langley especially on the A41.
Three lanes closed and queuing traffic due to an RTC, on the M25 anticlockwise from J18 A404 #Rickmansworth Road to J17 A412 Denham Way. This might disrupt your journey this morning so please add additional time or seek an alternative route. Highways England pic.twitter.com/gSJBHgxapa
