Police say one person sustained serious injuries after a three-vehicle crash at the end of last week.
In total, nine people were injured following a collision in Harper Lane, near Radlett, at 3.30pm on Friday.
One person sustained wrist and chest fractures, another person sustained serious injuries requiring surgery, and seven people suffered minor injuries.
Several ambulances were called to the scene.
The crash involved a white Volkswagen Transporter shuttle, a grey Volkswagen Passat, and a white Audi A3.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw a white Audi A3 in the area prior to the collision.
