- According to Inrix, there is an overturned vehicle.
- Commuters have been stuck on the road for at least half an hour and Hertfordshire Highways is warning drivers to expect long delays.
- Traffic is also slow on the southbound side due to onlookers.
- There are severe delays of ten minutes and delays are increasing on Watford Road Westbound between A41 Watford Road and A41. The average speed is five mph.
- On the eastbound carriageway, there are delays of nine minutes, with the average speed also at five mph.
