Good morning all. Storm Ciara continues to cause travel disruption. Please be careful in these dangerous conditions.

A broken-down vehicle on the M25 anti-clockwise between junctions 27 and 26 (Epping) is causing long delays of up to an hour. Two of four lanes have been closed and normal traffic conditions are expected to return by 8.15am.

An earlier accident just up the M25 (between junctions 26 and 25) has recently been cleared.

There are no further major incidents.

There is still no service on the London Overground between South Tottenham and Barking to allow Network Rail to repair damage caused by a derailed freight train.

There is a good service on all other lines

Storm Ciara continues to rage. Expect winds of up to 40mph by midday and plenty of rain.
