Borehamwood Shopping Park
Several police units were called to Borehamwood Shopping Park at around lunchtime today.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says it received several calls at around 12.20pm to report concerns for a man's welfare.
The reports added that the man had been acting in an "aggressive manner" and that several vehicles had been damaged.
Police attended and they detained a man.
The police force added that he has been taken to hospital for specialist assessment.
