Hi, my name’s Daisie and I’m 12 years old. I came to the National Animal Welfare Trust in mid-March when my owner was taken ill and could no longer look after me.
Everyone here says I’m a sweet, sensitive girl who loves human company. Honestly, I just want to be your best friend and spend every hour with you. I’m looking for a human who’s home all day so I won’t get lonely as I’m not used to being left on my own.
What else can I tell you? I’m an uncomplicated Jack Russell Terrier who likes going on walks and eating tasty treats. I like spending time with my doggy friends and burying my treats. And I love to be stroked and to sit on a comfy lap.
I’m looking for a home with adults or families with children aged 12 and over. I could possibly live with a calm male dog of a similar size to me if we get on well here at the centre but I would like a home without cats.
Coming from the NAWT, I’ve been medically checked by a vet; vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and neutered; given an individual training plan and four free weeks of Petplan insurance.
If you could give me the loving home I deserve email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange a visit once the centre reopens.
