Trains cancelled between two stations in the New Forest
TRAINS between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier were cancelled for a short time this morning.
All lines were closed between the two stations due to a “train fault”.
As a result, services running to and from the stations had to be cancelled.
South Western Railway said: “We have been informed of a train fault Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier. This line is currently closed.”
The disruption was expected to last until 10am, however, services were able to run normally again by around 8.10am.
