Lockdown means many of us are having to spend much more time at home than we would like, but permitted exercise still provides a welcome opportunity to get out and enjoy the natural sights around us.
Andrew Dand captured these pictures of birds on the water or in flight while at Stockers Lake, in Rickmansworth.
