Hello, my name’s Cesar and I’m a handsome one-year-old boy looking for my forever home. I was brought to the National Animal Welfare Trust in October when my owner had a change in circumstances.
I’m a shy boy who, when approached, sometimes runs away and hides. I am still getting used to being here but once I get to know you, I don’t mind being stroked gently.
Like most rabbits, I am not keen on being picked up, but I do settle once I am on someone’s lap. I’m sure, over time, with your love and affection, I’ll become a bit braver.
I’m looking for a home with adults or families with children of any age but the adults must do most of the handling as I am quite nervous.
I will need to live with a neutered female bunny who is a similar size and age as me as we rabbits are social creatures.
Most importantly, I am a house rabbit and will need to live indoors in a two-storey hutch (about 5’ x 4’ x 2’) with attached exercise run.
If it’s not too much to ask for, I would also like access to a garden in the warmer months so that I can hop around and explore.
If you’re the kind and patient person I’m looking for, email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange to meet.
