Police are investigating after racist comments were made to a man in Watford town centre.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says the incident occurred outside KFC, in High Street, Watford, at around 1.30pm on Wednesday February, 3.
It was reported that a man was bumped into, before racially offensive remarks were made towards him.
Police have now released an image of a man they would like to identify following the racially aggravated common assault.
Officers would like to speak with the person pictured as they believe he may have been in the area around the time and could have information which might assist the investigation.
Police also want to hear from any witnesses.
