A van that was packed with parcels worth thousands of pounds was stolen at Watford's High Street.
The white Ford Transit van was stolen from High Street, Watford shortly after 11.30am on January 25.
Inside the van was an iPhone 11 Plus, a wallet and the parcels worth thousands of pounds.
Hertfordshire Constabulary say the offender made off at speed, driving down Falconer Way.
After the theft, a bank card was used for two transactions in Radlett.
A CCTV image of a man who might be able to help with enquiries has been released.
PC Leo Stockil, who is investigating, said: “We believe that the man pictured was in the area at the time of the bank transactions and therefore he could have important information that will assist our enquiries.
