A man was rushed to hospital after he was found suffering from an injury in Watford.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says it was called to a disturbance at an address in Courtlands Close around 2.30am on Sunday, March 21.
Officers attended and discovered a man with a cut to his head.
He was taken to hospital for treatment, but the injury was deemed to not be serious.
Enquiries have been carried out to establish how the injury was caused.
But police say there is no evidence of any third-party involvement and no allegations have been made to police.
