Hi, I’m Charlie, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl and this is my friend Cola, a boy who’s the same age. We came to the National Animal Welfare Trust last November when our humans didn’t have space for us in their flat.

We can both be shy but do enjoy attention once we get to know you. Cola is shyer than me, but he just needs time to get to know you. We love our food – especially apples and broccoli – and will come right to the front of the hutch when we know you have some tasty veggies.

Like most rabbits, although we don't like being picked up, we do like to be stroked at ground level so we can still have plenty of cuddles.

We can live with adults or families with children of any age, but grown-ups must do the handling.

We’ve always been house rabbits so will need a large indoor enclosure with lots of space to run and jump and somewhere to hide if we get scared.

We rabbits like to chew so electrical cables must be covered to prevent nasty accidents and houseplants should be out of reach as they might be poisonous to us.

Coming from the NAWT, we’ve been medically checked by a vet; vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and neutered; and each have four free weeks of Petplan insurance.

If you can give us a loving home, email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange a visit.
