A group of people were spotted causing a nuisance by riding quad bikes off-road.
Police were called to reports of vehicles riding off-road around Chandlers Cross and Rousebarn Lane on Saturday (April 10).
Officers searched the area but could not find the vehicles until hours later, when they were spotted on a grass area by Quickmoore Lane in Sarratt.
The riders were also found, and officers discovered that they were not local to the area. They were given a warning for using a vehicle which caused alarm, distress or annoyance.
A spokesperson from Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “If you see anyone riding anti-socially please contact police via 101.
“Try and get a good description of the rider and the colour of the helmet, if they are wearing one, and make a note of any registration numbers.”
