From June 21 – if all goes to plan – all restrictions will be lifted on social interaction which means a return for gigs.

Live music has been sorely missed, and while we have appeased our appetites with streamed shows, we all can’t wait for that feeling of watching a great band as part of an electric audience.

James Bay, At Home Farm, Borehamwood – June 30 and 31

Multi award winning singer-songwriter James Bay will be joining the line-up of At Home Farm, a new festival season featuring intimate outdoor events and residencies based on the Aldenham Estate in Borehamwood.

The Hitchin singer-songwriter, who turned 30 last September, was discovered at an open mic night in London and signed a record deal off the back of a YouTube video.

In 2015, he received the critics’ choice award at the Brits and the year after he was named best male solo artist.

Armed with a bluesy voice and compelling ballads like Hold Back The River and Let It Go, Bay has been on an upwards, globe-trotting trajectory ever since.

Guns 2 Roses Unplugged, The Horns, Watford – July 1

Famed Watford music venue The Horns is set to welcome Guns N’ Roses tribute band, Guns 2 Roses on the first day of July.
