Tesco is urging shoppers to recall a baby food product after plastic was found inside.
Pieces of blue plastic were found inside its Tesco Cottage Pie baby food, and an urgent product recall has been placed.
The supermarket said: "We have been made aware that certain date codes of Tesco Cottage Pie Baby Food 190g may contain small pieces of blue plastic.
"Please do not use this product instead return any affected product to store where a full refund will be given.
"No receipt is required. Tesco apologises to our customers for any inconvenience caused.”
The affected products are believed to have a best before date of June 12.
