Emergency services have rushed to Watford town centre this morning after a bus hit a cyclist.
The crash occurred around 7am, Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue said.
The fire service tweeted this morning that fire crews were mobilised to a road traffic collision in Lower High Street.
At 07:00 @Watford_Whites were mobilised to a road traffic collision on Lower High Street, Watford; one female cyclist had collided with a bus. No persons trapped. One casualty left in the care of @EastEnglandAmb 🚒🚒

“One female cyclist had collided with a bus,” it said.
“No persons trapped.”
The fire service added that one casualty has been left in the care of paramedics.

Lower High Street is closed between the junctions of New Road and Watford Field Road.
Hertfordshire Constabulary and the East of England Ambulance service has been approached for more information.
