A young man has been left “terribly shaken” and injured after being attacked in Bushey.

The victim – a man in his 20s – was walking along Friars Way towards the shops on Bushey Mill Lane when he was approached by two males between 10pm and 10.30pm on Tuesday, May 25.

They punched and kicked the victim before making off in an unknown direction, Hertfordshire Constabulary said.

The victim was left with a chipped tooth and a swollen jaw.

Police have released a CCTV image of a person they think could help with their enquiries.

PC Laura Bruckner, who is investigating, said: “As well as the physical injuries, the victim was left terribly shaken by the ordeal.
