A one bedroom flat in Watford has been listed on the market for £2,000,000.
The flat in Gladesmere Court has been listed for sale by Watford Estates on Zoopla.
The first floor apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom as well as a lounge and kitchen.
There is also a communal garden and allocated parking.
However, it comes at quite an asking price – to get it you will have to fork out £2,000,000, according to Zoopla and Watford Estates.
That is more than some six bedroom detached houses currently for sale and much more expensive than other one-bedroom flats listed in the town.
According to a mortgage calculator on Zoopla, a £200,000 deposit would equal monthly repayments of £7,629 over 25 years.
Currently the cheapest one-bedroom flat for sale in Watford is in The Gateway and is listed for £79,200.
It is likely that the property in Gladesmere Court has been listed for £2,000,000 in error and Watford Estates and Zoopla have been asked if this is the case.
