An estate agent has confirmed the actual price of a one-bedroom flat in Watford that had been up for sale for two million pounds.

The property in Gladesmere Court was listed on Zoopla with the massive asking price by Watford Estates August 24.

It made the flat one of the most expensive properties in the town, with other six bedroom detached houses not even costing as much.

However, Watford Estates has confirmed this morning (Monday) that the £2,000,000 price tag is an error.

It has now been changed to the correct price of £200,000.

The first floor apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom as well as a lounge and kitchen.
