A woman is set to be sentenced after she admitted having a knuckle-duster and attacking someone in Watford town centre.

Kim Clowes, of Bluebell Drive in Abbots Langley, pleaded guilty at St Albans Magistrates’ Court to possessing the weapon in The Parade on July 10 this year.

She also pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her on the same day.

The 53-year-old has been remanded on conditional bail until November 18 to allow for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Clowes is not allowed to contact or interfere with the victim and is also prohibited from entering Iceland in Albert Road.
