More than £1,000 and suspected cocaine was found following a police chase in Bushey.
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle of interest in Bushey Heath around 12.10pm on Thursday, October 21.
The driver failed to stop, resulting in a short police pursuit, Hertfordshire Constabulary said.
The vehicle, a blue Volkswagen T-Roc, then came to a stop in Hive Close before the occupants fled.
A search of the area was carried out with the help of the police dog unit.
Two men were arrested and have since been released on bail.
Police say more than £1,000 in cash was recovered along with a substantial amount of suspected cocaine following the stop.
The vehicle was also seized.
