With November marking the month we remember all those lost in war and conflicts, a number of services will be taking place across Watford. 

All the services are open to the public but venues are still under Covid regulations, so be aware that space in some is limited. 

To make sure you're up to date with the services you can attend, we've put a quick list together for you.

Town Hall

When: 3pm, November 14

The Civic Service of Remembrance will take place outside of the Town Hall, where councilors will lay poppy wreaths in front of the hall. 

Oxhey Village Green

When: 2.15pm, November 14

The remembrance service will start at the Oxhey Village Green memorial and head to the Watford Heath memorial at 3pm. 

All Saints Church, Horseshoe Lane

When: 9am, November 14

A service to mark the day will be held at 9am at the Church, which will be followed by the Civic Service at the High Road Leavesden Memorial.

St Matthew's Church

When: 10.50am, November 14

There will be a short laying of wreaths at the War Memorial which will be followed by a service of Remembrance in the Church.

St Mark's Church

When: 10.55am, November 14

The service will start at the war memorial on St Albans Road and will follow into the Church for a two minutes silence and will conclude at 11.40am.

St Mary's Church

When: 10.30am, November 14

A Remembrance service will take place at the Church from 10.30am, where the two minutes silence will be followed. 

St Albans

When: 10.30am, November 14

The Mayor of St Albans will lead a Remembrance Day Parade and Service and will be joined by councillors and leaders of the major faiths. 

The parade will have representatives from the air, sea and army cadets as well as the Guiding and Scout movements and the local Police.
