A real estate director says activity in a Watford business district is "stronger than ever before" after completing a deal on a new tenancy.
David Kershaw has announced Anker Innovations, a "global leader" in charging technology, has chosen to base its UK operations in Clarendon Road.
The electronics company, that specialises in wireless charging, car charging, and portable and wall chargers, has leaded 1,520 square foot of space at the GNR8 office building, which is owned by the RO Group.
Anker is the third new tenant to lease space in GNR8 this year, with another tenant set to join in the New Year.
After that, the RO Group says only one suite will remain available to lease.
Mr Kershaw, group real estate director at the RO Group, said: "Activity in Watford’s central business district, following the end of lockdowns, is stronger than ever before.
"Pent up demand for quality and healthy workspace, a rallying economy, and Watford’s excellent location and connectivity, are all factors which have contributed."
