CCTV images have been released after burglars broke into a family home near Watford before stealing an Xbox and jewellery.
The break-in at a residential property in Aldenham happened between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday, December 12.
It is understood the victims were not home at the time.
PC Abigail Devane, who is investigating, said: “I’m appealing for anyone who was in the Canter Close area and saw anything suspicious during the early part of the evening on Sunday 12 December to get in touch.
“We’d like to identify the two people in the CCTV photos as they could assist our enquiries.
"While the images are black and white, they do show the clothing and body shape of the pair."
