- - It happened on the A404 at the junction with Common Road on Wednesday (January 12)
- - Emergency services were called at 3.37pm to reports of a collision between a car and a motorbike
- - The rider was taken to hospital by ambulance. The severity and nature of their injuries have not been confirmed by police.
- - There were long delays on the roads in and around Rickmansworth and Chorleywood.
- - The A404 was affected in both directions, in particular from Rickmansworth towards the M25 at junction 18
- - Roads including Dog Kennell Lane and Common Road were also very busy
- - Delays have now cleared
