Firefighters were scrambled to Bushey after a skip caught fire.
Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue was alerted to smoke billowing from the Bushey Hall Road area around 1.38pm on Sunday, January 23.
A crew from Watford was sent to investigate and on arrival found a skip on fire in a car park.
At 13:38 @HertsFRSControl mobilised @Watford_Whites to investigate smoke in the area of Bushey Hall Road, Bushey; on arrival this was a skip well alight in a car park. One hosereel was used to extinguish the fire 🚒

“One hosereel was used to extinguish the fire,” the county’s fire service said on twitter.
