A man has been jailed for exposing himself and urinating on cars in a Bushey car park.
Altaf Hussain, of Stone Street in Bradford, was sent to prison for a total of eight-and-a-half months for three charges.
The incident happened between September 28 and 29 last year - following which he was charged with outraging public decency and criminal damage.
He also damaged a police cell door and floor in Hatfield valued under £5,000, and was charged with using threatening or abusive behaviour.
Hussain was jailed as the offences were deemed serious because they were aggravated by being committed while he was on bail.
The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to all three charges before being sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on January 19.
He had initially appeared at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates' Court on September 30, 2021.
