A driver was rushed to hospital after being knocked unconscious in a crash on the M25 near Watford.
Emergency services flooded the motorway after a Land Rover collided with an HGV between Junction 20 and 21 heading clockwise around 12.25am on February 12.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says the driver of the Land Rover was unconscious when police arrived.
“Paramedics were called and the driver was taken to hospital with moderate injuries,” a force spokesperson said.
The motorist's injuries are not life-threatening.
The slip-road at Junction 20 was closed due to the crash and was reopened two hours later at 2.30am.
