Two takeaways in Watford have been handed new food hygiene ratings.
Spiceland Kebabish and New Imperial Takeaway were given their scores following inspections on January 12 and January 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
New Imperial Takeaway in Queens Road was rated as ‘good’ for management of food safety and hygienic food handling, while Spiceland Kebabish in Pinner Road recieved a generally satisfactory rating in the same areas.
It meant overall that New Imperial Takeaway was given a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating, with Spiceland Kebabish receiving a three-out-of-five score.
This means that of Watford's 79 takeaways with ratings, 32 have ratings of five and none have zero.
