Hi there, my name is Hopps, and this is my sister Judy. We’re almost five-and-a-half-years-old and looking for a forever home together. We came to the National Animal Welfare Trust two weeks ago when our owners sadly could no longer keep us.

We’re a very sweet pair who just love to be together and cuddle each other. I’m braver than my sister and will come to greet you for chin and head rubs but Judy is a bit nervous at first.

We’re used to living outdoors in milder weather and coming inside in the winter. Our new home will need to be a large enclosure with a spacious run for our daily exercise and lots of hopping.

Watford Observer:

I’m happy to be picked up and handled but Judy is still scared, although she is growing in confidence every day. We can live with adults or families with children, but the adults would need to do most of the handling until we settle into a new home.

Fresh hay and grass (but not cuttings!) are our main foods and we also enjoy our veggie treats, especially carrots, kale and broccoli.

Watford Observer:

Coming from the NAWT, we’ve been medically checked by a vet; vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and neutered; and each have four free weeks of Petplan insurance.

If you can give us a loving home, email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange a visit.
