A person has died after being hit train yesterday (April 28).
Trains were cancelled and delayed from Watford Junction and Milton Keynes Central as well as Watford and Bletchley following the incident.
According to the British Transport Police, a person died after being hit by a train at Cheddington station in Buckinghamshire.
Officers and paramedics were called to the station at 5pm, but the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson said: “This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”

Trains are unable to call Cheddington.
Disruptions lasted nearly all night for London Northwestern Railway and Avanti West Coast passengers.
The National Rail says that some lines reopened between Watford and Milton Keynes at around 9.24pm, but trains continued to face delays or cancelations.
