Delays are building on the M25 this morning (May 3) near Watford after a crash.
There is congestion between junction 19 and 21 due a collision believed to have happened around 7am.
It appears to have been on the anticlockwise carriageway with delays throughout the stretch from Chandlers Cross to Bricket Wood.

There is severe knock-on congestion on Watford Road by Hunton Bridge between junction 20 of the M25 and the A41 roundabout.
The A41 approach the the M25 is also very slow.
Junctions 21 and 21A are congested too, though the M1 southbound towards Watford appears relatively unaffected.
Elsewhere on the M1 police have said a "serious multi-vehicle collision" has closed the northbound stretch between junctions 10 and 11 near Luton.
There are 45-minute delays and 3.6 miles of congestion, according to National Highways.
