A van driver reportedly swerved towards two teenagers on bicycles during an apparent road rage argument.

The boys were going down Radlett Road in Watford when the driver allegedly “swerved into them intentionally like a threat or intention to hit them out of anger”.

A witness, posting about it on social media, added the driver’s behaviour after was “shocking” as he kept returning and made them worried he would “get out and do something even more stupid”.

The poster claimed they had video footage and urged the boys’ parents to contact police.
