We have again dipped into the Watford Observer’s online archive and today bring you 10 pictures that were captured by our photographers in 1986.
They feature adorable young adorable ballerinas enjoying a class in Oxhey while other children are entertained by a visiting group of Smurfs.
Elsewhere, hairdressing awards were being presented at a colleague, traffic wardens took the opportunity to show off their new hats and a fun run took place in Chorleywood.
