Hi! My name’s Mason and I’m a super-friendly bunny looking for my forever home. I came to the National Animal Welfare Trust in a box along with some of my friends when we were unfortunately left at the gates. Now we’ve settled in and made some human friends, we’re all ready to find our perfect homes.
Since coming to the centre I’ve really shown my little personality. I love being around people. In fact, I love nothing more than following you around to see what you’re up to.
I also love my food! Apples and greens are my favourite but I can be persuaded to try a bit of everything. You’ll know if I don’t like it though – I’ll dribble it all down my front!
I’d really like a home with lots of space for me to roam. Preferably outdoors with access to a big, secure run. I enjoy spending time binkying around on the grass.
And this is my friend Winnie, a sweet one-year-old boy who was found in the box with me. He’s still getting used to being stroked but has started to enjoy it although, like most rabbits, he’s not keen on being picked up.
He’s a foodie, always greeting the staff in the morning to let them know he’s ready for breakfast.
We can both live with adults or children, as long as the adults do most of the handling. If you think we could be your bunnies, come and cuddle us at the centre. Email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange a visit.
