An update has been issued after traffic chaos around Rickmansworth yesterday due to police dealing with an "incident".
Road closures were in place in Church Road for nearly three hours as police dealt with a “concern for welfare incident” at 2.30pm.
This morning police confirmed it was brought to a safe conclusion at around 5.20pm and a male under 18 was taken to hospital for further support.

Motorists were advised to avoid the area as disruption from the closure and a reported crash at Moor Lane caused gridlock traffic up to Watford General Hospital.
