The corner of Queens Avenue and Belgrave Avenue has been used 'as a depository for discarded household items'
I love living in west Watford, there are very lovely people living here...but, is it the locals or people who pass through, that leave so much litter?
I fear that it is locals who think that it is alright to use the corner of Queens Avenue and Belgrave Avenue as a depository for discarded household items.
The other week there were sufficient items to almost furnish a kitchen/dining room.
I am disgusted by this behaviour.
