An appeal has launched to reunite owners with their stolen tools.

Police recovered a number of tools in Watford on Monday (May 23), which is believed to have been stolen in the last few weeks.

Most of the recovered items have serial numbers, and some have been initialled.

The stolen items include:

  • Makita radio
  • Makita Blower
  • Makita Grinders
  • Clarke Heater
  • Dewalt radios
  • Dewalt angle grinder
  • Dewalt battery charger
  • Dewalt bench saw
  • Einhall saw
  • JCB circular saw
  • JCB bench saws
  • Titan breaker
  • Pentax camera

Investigator Amy Darby said: “If you believe that any of these items may be yours, please get in touch as soon as possible. We would like nothing more than to return them to their rightful owners.

“You can email me directly with a detailed description of the items if you believe they may be yours, ideally with details of any serial numbers or initials marked on them.”
