A man was found dead in Cassiobury Park following a concern for welfare incident.
Police say that a file will be prepared for the coroner after finding the body in the park on Monday (May 30).
The man was in his 50s and his next of kin has been informed.
Along with the announcement of his death, a police spokesperson said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this sad time.”
The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Initially Hertfordshire Constabulary said they were called to the scene following reports of concern for a man.
At least seven police cars were seen near the park after 1.29pm and officers remained at the scene until about 8.15pm.
More police cars were parked at the Shepherds Road entrance as well as two ambulances and a paramedic car, they said.

Later in the day, police were called to another concern for welfare incident as a 13-year-old boy was seen climbing a crane in Vicarage Road.
