Concerns have been raised over an “extremely aggressive dog” allegedly being used as a “weapon against random strangers”.

Lester Holloway, editor of The Voice newspaper, was shocked when his spaniel Matoke was bitten by an aggressive dog in Rickmansworth Road near Cassiobury Park.

He was walking Matoke just after 6pm on Monday, June 6, when the other dog lunged forward and bit his dog.

Matoke did not require assistance from a vet, but Mr Holloway is concerned after allegedly seeing the same dog attack others.
