A 50-year-old man reported missing in Scotland is believed to have been seen in Watford.
Fife Police are appealing for the public's help to find Kieren, whose last confirmed sighting was at 12.40am on Friday June 17.
This was in the Stratheden area in the town of Cupar in the Scottish council area of Fife.
However today, Hertfordshire Constabulary said it is believed Kieren was seen at a bank in Watford yesterday (June 23).
The force has not issued any further details about which bank in the town Kieren may have been spotted near.

Anyone with information about Kieren's disappearance or knows where he is should call police on 101.
