The major redevelopment of a 46-bed care home is set to be complete in the coming months.

Burford House Care Home in Chorleywood has been undergoing a refurbishment that will include private ensuite bedrooms and a range of facilities such as an orangery, café, bar and an in-home cinema.

While Westgate Healthcare initially said it will open its doors in August, the date has been pushed back to September.
