A former England international and Arsenal footballer attended the reopening of a Watford nursery’s newly refurbished garden.
Kelly Smith was a special guest at Bright Little Stars Nursery in Sheepcot Lane for the opening of the revamped garden, which cost £30,000.

Ms Smith, who grew up in Garston, said: “Being a part of the garden reopening was a privilege as we [Ms Smith and her wife] have two children under five and know exactly how beneficial this is for their growth.
“Growing up in Garston was great for me and led to a successful career by having places like this to play.
“It truly is beautiful.”
The event consisted of a range of sports activities for the nursey’s children to enjoy.
