Police have arrested a man after a person was seen shining a torch into several parked vehicles.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says it was called to Kingsfield Road in Oxhey at around 4am yesterday (July 6).
Officers attended and a 43-year-old man from Watford was detained on suspicion of vehicle interference.

PC Chris Short, who is investigating, said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area at the time or perhaps caught something unusual on CCTV.
“A number of items, including sunglasses and jewellery, have also been recovered so if you believe these could be yours please get in touch.
